Our HR policy ensures that all advancement opportunities are exclusively offered to candidates within our company. Therefore, everyone you will meet at every level within our group started at an entry-level stage. 

However, for candidates that want to apply for Directorship or Campaign Management from an external source i.e. from one our our direct competitors, management will consider applicants on a case-by case basis and welcomes enquiries.

Any entry-level candidate that has sales experience or demonstrates a flare for sales (through their work ethic and positive attitude) can progress at their own pace which makes career progression equitable and non-political. 

Our policy also ensures that every candidate in our team has a genuinely clear and definable career path for advancement. 

Management pride ourselves on offering team members superlative remuneration at every level. 
The rationale is that this will attract, retain and incentivize the best candidates.

Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Agents                                                                                                          $35k p. O.T.E

We are currently seeking a number of candidates to join our business in an entry-level capacity. Your main responsibility will involve delivering professional services on behalf of one of our many clients. 

Ideally, the successful candidates will have a proven track record in a sales or customer service orientated environment i.e. hospitality or retail. However, as we offer extensive ongoing industry specific training and coaching for the successful candidates, integrity of character and 'personality plus' more than compensates for a lack of aforementioned experience. 

For the more ambitious candidate, we are seeking to progress a number of entry-level successful entry-level candidates to Team Leader within weeks of starting. For candidates that thirst for career success there are ongoing senior openings within our ranks (see openings below as an example).

Campaign Manager                                                                                                                                                 $60k p.a O.T.E

To achieve Campaign Management within our company, you must have demonstrated your ability to satisfy the minimum criteria set out by your manager within your office in accordance with the criteria stated in our career advancement guidelines i.e. achieving predetermined sales and team growth targets (manage at least three agents on your team as a Team Leader). 

With existing budgets, we currently have at least two openings within our Auckland office and Christchurch office respectively. As Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for running a small team of at least three agents for one of our clients. Your team will be a subset of your Director's team where you will receive a percentage of the company's profit depending on how large and how productive your team is. 

Achieving this opening is a stepping stone to Directorship for the more ambitious candidate.

To achieve Director status within our group, you must have demonstrated your ability to satisfy the minimum criteria set out by your manager within your office in accordance with our 'Business Development Program'. 

Primarily you will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of at least six agents ideally including at least one Campaign Manager. You will have total responsibility for running a location (office) in your region for one of our clients. You will be responsible for learning and managing the following office management competencies:
  • recruiting 
  • expense management
  • budgeting and forecasting
  • administration
The successful candidates will have have proven themselves at a Campaign Manager within our organization and have demonstrated the following necessary attributes;
 
  • a can-do attitude in times of adversity and change;
  • a competency in training sales in more than one client ideally in more than one sales environment;
  • an empirical understanding of our business cycle over the course of a full calender year;
  • an impeccable track record with ensuring customer service standards are achieved within your team;
  • a proven ability to be able to successfully manage and run several road trips in addition to managing an office in the absence of your office manager on more than three occasions; and
  • visited all our other offices in NZ
